    The challengesSalary, promotion and increment teruk sgt. Kalau dpt naik pangkat pun, gaji naik sama mcm kenaikan tahunan ja..harap elaun ja lbih. tu pun naik 50 ja. Kenaikan tahunan lagi la teruk, bwh 100 ja..ingtkan bila dah naik pgkt, increment rate pn beza tapi tak weh. sama ja. sedih wei cmpny tak hrgai staff

    A Good Working Place For Fresh Graduate
    The good thingsFresh graduate can learn a lot at here. Manager and work colleagues can help or guide you. Have a canteen here and very cheap food. Surau for muslim also provided.
    The challengesTo communicate with Japanese people. A lot of processes in production line need to understand. Big company offer big working challenges. 6 days working hours but alternate. Too much working hours with average to low salary.

    You need work as fast as u can with minimal mistakes as we need to chase after the dateline. Must be extra care when its deal with employees overtime claims.

    Enjoy working with all employee, new enviroment good and also their procedure. Best choices.
    The good thingsTheir facility that's been provided such as annual leave, overtime, transportation, uniforms, cafe for employee, bonus per year, promoting by level employee are selected, Annual Dinner for employee per year and others activity such as sports and other else.
    The challengesMore intention towards some employee who do works less rather than what they have been paid for it.

    quite challenging, but enjoy the dynamic environment working with different people.
    The good thingsFacilities are in well conditions, such as toilets, prayer room for muslim, and the canteens are clean and all the price of food are very reasonable. Besides, working with foreigners and workers are mostly women is quite fun and interesting.
    The challengeshave to physically prepared as working here as an operator means need to stand up to work, for at least 8 hours, and 12 hours maximum, but it is okay as you are given time to rest during break. You will be able to sit when you are working in sewing area.
