    Working in a dying company
The good things(1) The close rapport with staffs, everyone is chatty (The aunties) and uncles, the old timers who has been here for years! (2) Lunch is just walking distance to opposite food court! (3) Get 1/2 day off during major festival holidays. (4) Salary is released 1 or 2 days early if the usual 28th falls on a weekend.
The challenges(1) It is a dying company, may be financially challenged. (2) Everyone serves more than one role because lacking in resources. (3) The top management isn't keen to listen.

A place to learn entrepreneurial skills
The good thingsManagement practices open door policy. Non bureaucratic approach to decision making process. Friendly and courteous working environment. No unnecessary reporting. Management supports entrepreneurship.
The challengesLacks career development road map. Decisions can pivot too much for an international trading firm. Personal relationships can sometimes supersede professional relationships.
