    Challenging experience with minimal support and undervalued effort. Overworked, underpaid, and poorly managed.
    The good thingsThe only best thing here is the cheap lunch.
    The challengesMicromanagement is common, and promises are often not fulfilled. Despite more workload, no extra manpower is added. Current staff are pushed to do more. Management stays relaxed even in urgent situations. Salary is low for the position and the work expected.
