There are lots of knowledge gained here especially maintaining of all the equipments that I have not done that in my previous job.The good thingsEvery Dept. sharing their experience and knowledge with each other for the good sack of other staffs. Bosses here are very friendly but firm with their work, hence many staffs can work here for a longer time.
The challengesFor me, the environment here is quite bad especially the road condition and the workshop.
