    Willing to work long hours and have little flexi working hours
    The good thingsThe general work environment is good. People are not too political and there is good camaraderie between co-workers. Allowed slightly late come in and late check-out. Salary may not be high but other benefits in kind are not bad
    The challengesExpected to work long hours. Restructuring always happens as it is still a company growing the business. Not much training and development for fresh grads or new employees, expected to learn on the job. Can feel under-appreciated for work done due to management's attitude and approach to employees.

    The good thingsif you're the bottom level of hierarki in your department especially plant level, your can gain more knowledge due to multitasking work and can work independently. Need to communicate with plant level related your work.
    The challengesnot so much benefit if your hire here. you can get your personal insurance cover (base job grade), medical, yearly increatement min 3%-max 6%. If you are low basic salary so your can get the low annual increatement.
