Clear segregation of team to products. Because of clear segragation of responsibility, no need for excessive collaboration between teams. Clear boundaries and simplicity during development and operations.
The challengesKPI measurements for software developers are never calibrated. This means, if you are skilled you are not seen. If you are unskilled, you are not reprimanded.
The result of this is, if you a minority, you are going to be severely underpaid, no matter how skilled you are.
Female software developers, if you are aware that you are talented, this is not where your talent will be rewarded. Just avoid. Sorry, not sorry because im going to be doing a lot of women huge favours by saying this.
