    If you know you are mediocresoftware developer who just want a simple job and salary. You'll be fine here. Just focus on doing your job and everyday will be the same. If you want ambitious career as a software developer, statisfying work with enough technical challenge that is completed with fair salary, this company is not it. It is a small company mindset that gets hugely affected by the competency of the leadership. During my time, a poor HOD made the almost the entire company stank.
    The good thingsSimple products. Clear segregation of team to products. Because of clear segragation of responsibility, no need for excessive collaboration between teams. Clear boundaries and simplicity during development and operations.
    The challengesKPI measurements for software developers are never calibrated. This means, if you are skilled you are not seen. If you are unskilled, you are not reprimanded. The result of this is, if you a minority, you are going to be severely underpaid, no matter how skilled you are. Female software developers, if you are aware that you are talented, this is not where your talent will be rewarded. Just avoid. Sorry, not sorry because im going to be doing a lot of women huge favours by saying this.

    The good thingsThe multicultural, multiracial colleagues are genuinely the best. There is an openness to individual's background and that openness is transcend to one's idea. Everybody is willing to listen, speaking up is encouraged and continuous improvement is always on the plan.
    The challenges"Yes,man" sometimes interrupts the working operations and worse when these "yes-man"s are in the management. Other than that, I really enjoy working here.
