    Confusing management
The good thingsThere are always consultants to help whenever we face any problem in work. They are helpful, the colleagues here also helpful. No late salary, epf socso also paid in time. Every year got bonus.
The challengesToo much interference from the management. Bureaucracy at its worst. Every week got departmental meeting, results in lagging time for solving current tasks. The boss always want the results faster, expected us to do multitask but no increment for many years already.

The good thingsI've enjoyed learning and working with different people in different department to settle customers needs.
The challengesTrying to meet customers needs sometimes are challenging, but I've learned how to deal with the situation after few years of experience working here.

    Bureaucracy rules and terms.
The good thingsWell, the good thing was it has an established ERP system, although pretty standard and features are limited as well.
The challengesRules, rules and even more rules in various departments (which may not filed up and verified by individuals) which could give you a hard time to deal with.
