    Rewarding Experience
    The good thingsA fast paced environment means there's soo much to learn. A multinational company where you work closely with colleagues from different country. Good benefits, lots of PH and people tend to work for a very long time here, means either the benefit is considerably good or the salary is worth it, pick your choice. Overall, I recommend this company for people to gain experience and exposure. I personally feel like this place has trained/prepare us good.
    The challengesFirst there were many before people have to leave thus leaving more workload to people left behind which is bearable and believe me still fun because of all the knowledge, the excitement and satisfaction when you manage to settle issues (given if you have great manager and not ~~ ). I believe they will grow stronger and wish the best for the company.

    The good thingsYou can learn a new things like ink printing making, safety chemical handling and how to organized your lab section, raw material, and incoming goods.
    The challengesPoor management, stress, and company never listen about our problems like too much checking spect, no update filing, out standard SOP, always have same problem in raw material checking, push us to make a cheaper/low quality products and sell in higher price(never care about incoming problem)

    I like the working environment, but not the chemicals.
    The good thingsThe company culture is good, people are very friendly, boss willing to teach and train me, company benefits is good, lunch is provided, 10km driving distance from my home, everyone will get lucky draw on annual dinner. I really like this company. However I left because of the chemicals, which cause some health problem to me.
    The challengesIt will be better if the company can improve the lab ventilation system and also clarify what a chemist job scope is. In my opinion, a chemist should not always go to production to monitor how the production workers work. Also, always have to take samples from the production. The solvent is so smelly and harmful, which cause me asthma twice. I choose to leave because I choose to love my body more.

    The good thingsindependent working and total production control for material,product,quality and trouble shooting.Big skill in matching and printing for solid and live colour decoratif paper for furniture industry.Developed new item follow customer request ,compare to their sample of mono colour or wood pattern design.Problem solving method needs discussions about roots cause,to create new idea and solve.
    The challengesFacing the material fault from supplier and to mixed the ink in right conditions(yellow,red,brown,blue,black,white) layer by layer in 3 or 4 unit printing,and to maintain the tolerant production colour up to 95% as the sample.More challenging for big volume order 50 to 60 thousand metre and the most difficult colour like graphite and grey and some beech pattern.Hardest are when the ink spoil.
