    The best company I have ever worked for
    The good thingsI have been working in this company for four years, which explains a lot. The company offers competitive salaries, good benefits, and hybrid work arrangements. Most employees work 2 to 3 days a week in the office; some are even completely remote.
    The challengesThe company does not offer 13th-month pay. However, I don't see any issues my total annual package is very competitive. What's the point of getting 13th-month pay if you get paid less each month than someone on 12 months?
