    The challengesHiring can be taken forever. End up, people resign but no one to replace. Multi tasking. Must be very quick to adapt new changes. Prepare for month end activities, weekends, work more than 8 hours. Well good perks come with great responsibility 😀

    Bureaucracy makes the younger generation think twice.
    The good thingsDespite the bureaucracy , it's a company where there is a vast opportunity for career and personal development. Depending on how chummy you are with your bosses, you could get more perks such as trainings when you ask for it.
    The challengesWay too many processes. Workload gets heavy due to low headcount allowed. Some employees put in easily 10-12 hour days on a regular basis and no overtime allowance or other benefit is considered for this.

    The good thingsTruly enjoy working here as Siemens provide a conducive working environment for me. I have the opportunity to liaise with other team from other division either for business or social activity. Every day is new lesson for me.
    The challengesI have to adjust to new environment and always wear different hats all the times in order to adjust and cope with management expectation and personal expectation
