All in all, a great place to begin ones career to learn and grow quickly. However, not recommended to spend more than 2-3 years here as the stress and mental fatigue along with the average remunerations system make things untenable in the long run.The good thingsGood place to learn, great exposure to the water industry. Great company culture and amazing colleagues and superb bosses. High, intense, octane driven work environment which can bring out the best in people.
The challengesUtterly terrible work-life balance. The work does not end at 6pm. Minimal leaves and lack of bonus which undermines the effort for going above and beyond.
