    The good thingsThe seniors helped me in everything that I should know in order to complete my daily task.

    Only unexpectedly, nothing can't be done.
    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of knowledge in different departments in this company. Because the department of this company is very complete and delicate. The superior leaders of this company can take you to another path to success.
    The challengesThis cabinet company is a listed company in Malaysia. It is not a problem to make Mengbao wooden cabinets all over Malaysia whether it is in delivery, installation and after-sales service. This includes our cultivation and teaching people to do their work in different positions.

    The challengesThe head thought everyone working here are superheros, keep adding new task into your JD even already overloaded. Head will feel unfair if you able to back on time even company aim to have work life balance.

    The good thingsPeople: People here are kind and friendly, and most importantly experienced, they are willing to help as long as you willing to learn. Place: A Strategic location whereby you can travel here with public transport (MRT + Feeder bus) Price: This company provides food for their own employees with a reasonable price.

    The challengesEnvironment, benefits of being there. You could get staff subsidy of lunch everyday. Parking provided. Colleagues was okay except for a few. I regret of leaving there because of that one person that made my life miserable. Medical and claim also good since the payroll team at that time was very helpful and easy to talk to. Beware of head customer service. She was very oldskool and cannot take other's opinion into her account.

    Pros & Cons
    The good thingsProvide free breakfast subsidized lunch for employees (manager level and above is free!), provided car park bays for each of the staffs, subsidized gym membership and basic medical and dental benefits. Company events: -Annual dinner, Christmas party, annual company convention, Buka Puasa party and etc. Good people to work with (of course- depends on the department)! You will have to chance to development yourself or even promoted if you able to cope and most important if you got the right boss!!
    The challenges-The management is the main decision maker. -You could do more than what you should/can do (in term of Job descriptions). -Company culture that you need some time to get used to it, once you are ready than would be fine. -A lot of peoples tend to kick the tasks away to others (depends on the department).

    The good thingsGood relationship among colleagues and managers. Free breakfast to all employee. No protocol, fast decision making.
    The challengesThe Boss is main decision maker and HR only can agree and execution. Very challenging to win his heart as he don't believe to others. The boss character is arrogance.

    One of my best journey
    The good thingsI get lots of opportunity to develop myself and learn new things. Even thought i'm not in this industry, but it give me challenge for me to prove it that i can make it. I have a lot of supportive team members and superior. Thanks foe everything.
    The challengesI have to struggle more to be like my others team members especially, the man. I have to works extra hours due to site requirement.
