    Good portfolio for designers
The good thingsThe department I'm in has a good environment, everyone is fun and helpful. The studio is well equipped, and is a good place to master your photography and lighting skill. We get to try out diff design styles when designing infographic as well the products are quite diversify (good for designers to experiment but the visuals are not so consistent when put in website). Also, lots of free and cheap snacks and nuts!
The challengesThe benefits could be better, ie: no of leaves and travel allowance.

    Awesome people to work with
The good thingsWork setting is very casual, minimal hierachy everyone is very approachable to questions, even the dumb questions too, overall a very fun environment to work in. Plenty of lighting equipment to experiment with too. Staff purchase is dirt cheap! If you're in the Creative Dept. you can try every new snack product during the shoot before you buy ;)
The challengesDesign timeline can be crazy at times with multiple factors affecting, like stock arrival, custom clearance, planning etc. Improving by the day but its gonna take some time

    It's a terrible company
The good thingsFree snacks, that's it.
The challengesTop management do not appreciate your hard work at all and expects a junior to have 10 years experience. It's a terrible company with heartless management that do not care about employees. You can loose your job without a notice working here. Reason being is that you're not up to their expectations when you really put in effort.
