The challengesWork load too heavy due to lean structure. Basically, single employee carry multiple responsible at the same time.

A lot of on-field experiences with the different project sites. No age barriers within the employees as the new/younger ones were given opportunities to show their worth

    Working environment
The good thingsBeing a Great Place To Work environment and encouraging open communication between management team and supporting staff. Employee is the priority asset to this company, as well as the given benefits is greater than market benchmark.
The challengesBusiness is growing rapidly and employee is facing a big challenge on adopting new way of working, new technology, new management team. This could be a huge challenge to some of the staffs who might not willing to accept the change and causing them to look for external opportunities.

    Manager
The good thingsCareer Development, Perks for medical - self and family, business trips to enhance your knowledge, Trainings for Softskills and Technical - usually external, Recognition by Management and Counterparts, Ability to try different positions after being in 1 for several years - good management support for this, as long as you don't step on other people's toes along the way - especially your Manager!!!!
The challengesManagers who only need people to follow their instructions and not challenge them. Red Tape, Lots of \"Butter and Kaya\" meaning, people who only do things to please their bosses and not challenge status quo. Managers will side line you, give you a bad appraisal, put you in a chiller (freezer) till you either leave yourself or they give you a VSS or retrenchment.
