    The good thingsEnvironment: Nice quiet place, bright, organized, calm, teamwork. People: Respectful, and ideas flow naturally.
    The challengesCertain project have tight deadlines, faced some complex bugs, shifting requirements, and the constant need to learn new tech.

    So far as I know this company is the only in-house develop vending software company in Penang. Glad that my days worked here.
    The good thingsSilkron as a software company many internal tools are in-house made.
    The challengesSome tools are in-house made will use freeware, the challenge is to have to re-learn the tools though due to it is not popular in the industry. Still it is good that to learn the new tool to use.

    Don't work here if -You don't have the knowledge and expect they can teach you -You prefer to communicate with people, because the communication is near zero here -You cant multitask Wok here if -You can work independently with minimal supervision -Ok with using old tech
    The good things-Good place for you to kick start your career and build your resume because you will be involved in almost every part of the development such as UI design, coding, testing -No office politics, everyone is polite -Not much stress
    The challenges-Seniors lack the knowledge to give proper advice/guidance most of the time you will have to work independently without assistance -Almost 0 communication in the team, the office is so quiet, rarely have team meeting at all -Using old outdated frameworks and technologies which is bad for freshies if u want to build your career because other companies is using new tech
