    Helpful senior with lots of training opportunities
    The good thingsSupervisor provided adequate training. Team were superb in handling day to day task. I was able to learn a lot in a very short period of time. I had the opportunities to attend social skills training such as Effective Presentation and Strategic thinking even though I was only an intern.
    The challengesFast paced environment that required critical thinking skill to solve problems that arise but it provided lots of learning experience.

    The good thingsGood for fresh graduates since the company pays quite good salary and they can learn more stuffs, having good & helpful colleagues who are willing to help, pretty good work life balance
    The challengesLess opportunities available for career development, low salary increment, poor management, less benefits for employees, need to apply for floating leave during non-compulsory public holiday, quarterly performance incentive is normally not given in lumpsum but over 6-months period.

    NO PAY IF YOU ARE AN INTERN
    The good thingscozy cafeteria selling typical Malaysian food at premium price.
    The challengesDon't expect to get salary if you want to get good marks for your intern. Here interns are encourage to work harder to show that you are worthy intern here although you did not get salary. Always be prepared for last minute tasks.
