    The good thingscan learn a lot of thing and new hardware. do some testing for new hardware or new installation. great team work from this department.
    The challengesthe difficult was we have to learn or do a troubleshooting to solve the problems or issues. have to meet SLA to archive target and to get better performance .

    The good thingsThe company are totally unorganized, with no focus in business category. The best thing is as business Development manager, you having freedom to express your idea, innovation & creativity. The issue with it that you have so many heads above you that having different focus & direction.
    The challengesIn short term you will enjoy it, as it give you some freedom & creatives to develop with the company. In the long term you will be tired, physical & mentally, for having no focus & direction of management people around you.
