    Good for turnover and retirement.
The good thingsIt is a good place for fresh graduate and to retire. The company never ask a employee to leave officially. Basic pay is slightly higher than average. Working environment is very dependent on your supervisor instead of company policy. Will take most of the applicant on board.
The challengesManagement level will use lots of wordings to comfort the employee. Higher increment but longer time to get increment. No bonus and benefit is minimum. Expect employee to commit but does not commit to employee. Too many old school hanging around. Outdoor activity was enable but with stress from the management. Do not get impress by the head quarter because there is chances you will only step in there two times(1st and last day).

The good thingsFlexible work hours and structure foster highest level of creativity and innovation. It encourage people to work base self initiative, responsibility and enthusiasm. It allow heterogenous cultural grow in the company that create a unique corporate behaviour, result in high performance sustainable human resource growth.
The challengesFlexibility creates excessive roles overlapping that result in cost management issue. Self initiation sometime result in some individuals taking the advantage to avoid responsibility. Spontaneous cultural growth among peers lead to operation risk as some individuals put self-interest above corporate interest.

Best environment to learn from 0 with average salary and no bonus
The good thingsBest environment to learn and grow. Team work and willing to teach each other. Large workload (depends on what team you join), I think you won't choose a company with nothing to do and let's time flies until released. Freedom.
The challengesOver large workload (depends what team you join). Salary not high enough and no bonus.

Company which would provide many learning experience and opportunity for employees to push themselves to the limit.
The good thingsCompany provides challenges that would require employees to have strong business logic thinking in order to solve error in programs. On top of that, there are vast knowledge that could be learnt from working in the company as new products constantly promoted.
The challengesChallenges such as constantly facing different difficulties is commonly found in company. As there are always new product to be announced, there are many aspect that employees who involved must have extra careful in order to prevent causing mass inconsistency which caused by your given assignment.

The good thingsRelationship between employer just like a family, they willing to teach and transfer their knowledge to me. The whole team have the spirit of helping each other. Working is like freedom, just need to finish on time. Benefits is quite good. For me everything is perfect.
The challengesMy weakness is java, but i pick java programmer as my career. This is a big challenge for me, because need a lot time to explore and study. Timeline is very tie, sometimes need to work individual on different workplace (client side).

The challengesevery day had to face the customer on the requirement and come out document/ when on site can claim but not over, if work on the Saturday and sunday, the manager will sure check the programming code, will ask alot question- how many line you had code base on the saturday and sunday.
