From top to bottom, all play politics
    The good thingsFlexible working time
The challenges- Many high paid and high ranking staffs (mostly non performing) - Top management short vision only focus on project revenue. - Many stubborn seniors who can't accept a change. - Serious fighting between directors on project resources and own subsidiary revenue. - Do more <> rewards more, if maintain good relationship with seniors or manager will get rewards more.

    Horrible politic working environment
The good thingsIf you meet a good team lead in your work, then will be fine. If not, god bless you. They play politic with you.
The challengesCompare with other IT software house, this company is less stress than other IT software job. It's a good environment for work. But in one term, work with good team .

    Poor Management
The good thingsMaybe flexible working hour, other than that I can't think of any good. Yet is a good place for fresh to learn, and a good place for retirement. Not for experiences people who seek for career growth.
The challengesThe management seems like open to listen to the staffs, but they just listen. Staffs are leaving one by one, due to poor management, not competitive staff benefits and salary. Never appreciate the technical staffs, only think that sales and business roles are important, more and more high management people is hired, yet tell the staff lack of budget to hire technical expert/specialist. Even non-tech based people can be assign as technical lead, so how they expect the team to grow? Too much politic player and toxic culture, if you're good at this, you may try and you can climb up very soon even you're not experiences or lack of knowledge.

The good thingsWork as a team to make sure the project can be deliver within the timeline. can improve our presentation skill as we need to do a weekly meeting between our client and internal project team. Learned how to manage a team of people and delegate the work out so that everyone got their own task and can work it effectively.
The challengesWe have to keep on work over time as we must deliver our work within the timeline and due to we have many people in a team so sometimes we face very difficult to handle the human issue and balance the workload to everyone.

The good things- Friendly senior colleagues that willing to teach anything. - Can learn many different things. - Many projects, therefore don't need to worry that the company going to fire people. - Company emphasize on cleanliness of the environment, everyday there will be cleaner come up to do cleaning. - Medical benefits is very good for the staffs. - Emphasize on staffs' health and knowledge.
The challenges- Jam on the way to office and horrible jam when back home time. - Parking rate here is quite expensive but luckily company will cover for their staff. - Internet line from telecommunication company very troublesome. - Need to learn new things by own initiative, if not hardworking enough can't catch up with others. - Need to wait quite long to get a new laptop to work on.

    Learn a lot yet stressful
The good thingsLearn a lot especially regarding banking knowledge yet with some of the project management that put the client above others which mean that you might be fall to a situation where the project is to due but the requiement is still pouring in and it is stressful
The challengesTime is always not enough and there is literally no life during rush time and the rush time might carried out for months. If you had been assigned to oversea project then you will notice that there is little help offer by your senior and you are alone but work and the changes never stop.
