    Not a good place for graphic designers
    The good thingsFree food(lunch), free parking, okay colleagues and no politics around
    The challengesDesigners are badly treated. Poor management. Either one designer do all the work and other designers don't get to do designer work, or designers keep doing way more work that are not related to their job scope most of the time. Better treatment for editors and teachers.

    The challengesAs an editor working in Sim company, it need to be very efficient while we editing the education materials. We need to make sure our tasks was approved by the PIC only can proceed to the next task.
