    Excellence place
The good thingsThe environment is great. Working there give me a chance to learn many different and new things, that I have never encounter before. I learn to be more multi-tasking, decision making, taking control, able to network with different people, and able to gain my confidence level.
The challengesWill love to take up more roles in the company, and play a bigger part in this company development.

The Good, The Bad, The Challenging.
The good thingsThe people of the company were positive individuals who are more than happy to teach others how to better their sales. Every morning before heading off to work, they would spend an hour passing down knowledge on how to approach people, how to be confident in your mannerisms, and everything else related to face-to-face marketing. Also learnt how to pitch sales in all situations.
The challengesLong hours and the need to push for sales meant very little time for a balanced home/working environment. Because they specialize in face-to-face marketing, they don't really venture to other types of marketing methods. They weren't clear on what exactly they did during the interview process. They tend to comment on how their challenging work life makes them better than other workers.
