THE GOOD & THE BADThe good thingsI’m fortunate to have a pretty positive working relationship with my boss. He gives me a high degree of latitude to get on with my job while always being there to help me with any unusual or difficult situations – to lend me the benefit of his experience. Like many managers, he’s often very busy but he does a good job of closely supervising his team, steering us in the right direction and help.
The challengesNo one is perfect there is always room for better performance, better enhancement, better communication, better planning, better logic, better cooperation, better understanding and better real ability.This all will be achieve along the line of experience, yet so many things to learn from our previous jobs, yet so much to learn on this coming job, yet so much to learn.
