    The challengesDirect superior is illiterate and never have any kind of communication with you. Hire people but without a work station. Do not have clear job scope so they do not have work assignment for you. HR personnel's gesture makes you feel not comfortable.

    The good thingsMostly friendly colleagues who are always willing to help one another, able to gain experiences.
    The challengesThere’s a lot of politics at the management level, with limited staff benefits and holidays. The workload is heavy, and the more capable you are, the more work gets pushed onto you. Overtime claims aren’t guaranteed and depend on their mood, preference, or decision at that time. Superiors don’t really fight for their staff, so whatever you want, you’ll have to fight for yourself. when you dislike by your superior, then you are DONE. All the blame will be directed at you, targeting and blaming you.

    The challengesNo opportunity to growth. They don't even appreciate your hardwork, abler people do more work. More efficient you work, more work you'll get and then non stop NO PAY OT to meet the deadlines.
