    The good thingsGood colleague to be working with, can reduce stress when sharing the problem with colleague
    The challengesManagement is so bad. Always blame staff if any incident happened. Instead of finding solution, they keep finding who created the trouble. Not even help to minimize workload, need to make decision by yourself (take responsibility). This company can go further if they truely appreciate staff hardwork and change their rules of management.
