The good thingsLearn a lot of new things as my first job there. Friendly colleague and team leader willing to teach you everything that she know. ISO implementation company with organised system. Good company to learn things.

The challengesBoss will fully utilise your ability no matter how heavy of your workload. Stingy boss and not practice work life balance working environment. Manpower to be improve. Very low basic salary no matter how long you work there. More on family business and career opportunities is limited. Limited benefit for staff.
