    The good thingsLess pressure compared to the other.
    The challengesExpertise/knowledge not relevent unless it suit the top. Equipment not reliable(3-4hour). Need to troubleshoot the problem from scratch every time problem occur. Long working hour every day till late night(10~11pm)without OT. No compromise for mistake. (Strict punishment). Lack of manpower. No proper job scope.(actual job cover 3-4 job position)
