Regret and disappointment. I should resign on second year working there when there is no increment and no bonus.But i stayed another 2 years thinking my work will be recognize and rewarded.It is waste of time.The good thingsIt used to have many good co-worker and good benefits also appreciation in your performance work.
The challengesKeep changing rules, too much meeting, useless SOP, CCTV 24 hours,and need to independent in performing your jobs + other peoples job.
