    I missed that work environment, but if they improve the benefits, I would like to go back.
    The good thingsThe work environment is very good, and I have nice coworkers. Always give good cooperation.
    The challengesUpper management is a bit slow and offers very low benefits. The challenges when doing something we don't know, but that are the challenge, make it interesting.

    The good thingsmeeting new people, working in the healthcare industry and the satisfaction of knowing that along with your work you are doing public services as well (if you are a social person). The company gives you the independence of working in your own style and are free to make your own decisions as long as they are within the guidelines set by the company.
    The challengesThe only thing that I would like to badly change is the attitude of the old class employees ad to make them embrace technology that could and would save them tons of money as well as make life a lot easier for employees as well as managers.

    The good thingsEnjoyed being a staff for SJSB..learned alot of new things..management level.. learned hw to run a project independently. Alots of training giving for gain more knowledge in management..taking care of workers under me..taking care their needs and wellfare
    The challengesNeed to run a project as head of project.. take care of the project by giving what is needed by respetive clients. Take action fast and effectively for any problems or tackle a prob in appropriate way..
