    The challengesYou want check the cable are dificult because you must have step to take and put back, work with at high voltage area is are challenge because you must follow SOP and must ensure what you do that will not cause a small explosion or spark.

    The good thingsEnjoyed re-structuring the Supply Chain and the team I had was simply awesome. They have the years of wealth in experience to tap on. Management was more interested in the profit and a little less in staff welfare. Benefits were just ok and an ok place to work if one is contented and live around the area.
    The challengesLacking in cooperation between the departments and often a finger pointing & blame culture. Challenge in getting through to the expatriate management team in Singapore on local challenges in terms of processes, laws & culture.
