    fun and great
    The good things-good pay for the job -allowance and overtime is great -friendly environment (my boss and the ceo are great persons) -lots of activities and events for staff -workplace close to many eat places
    The challenges-the workhours is normal (48 hours per week, 8 hours per day, normally). should do better if you want to keep good workers. -plenty of negligence for safety and rules due to the company being new -located in port klang (horrible place to live) -not much opportunity to improve yourselves
