    Working in such long hours with low salary
    The good thingsFriendly colleague, which make you enjoy your day.

    Most superiors were poor in handling staff
    The good thingsA few colleagues and a few superiors were kind, helpful, and guiding. Strenuous work was bearable while working with these very few people.
    The challengesManagement is poor in determining one's skills and capability in assigning job positions during rotation of job roles. Benefits and perks were limited. Yearly increments were low. Lack of communications between different departments especially amongst superiors.

    The good thingsThere are some nice & friendly people but other than that I can't think of any positive things about this company
    The challenges- Management are not on the same page - You have to buy your own items that cost hundreds and cannot compensate - No progression - No proper guidance

    Stable yet Stagnant
    The good thingsStability in terms of its renewable employment contract and receiving monthly wages on time. Medical Benefits (although at a cap. limit)
    The challenges1. Although your employment is contractual, still require to manually write in Timesheets for weekly submission. 2. Company does not use initiative to check on you for any Opportunities for Career Development or ask if you've had any advancement on Academic growth. 3. Always need to chase for prompt Appraisal every year 4. As a Pay Master, the Company is unaware of the different job scope/ tasks assigned while on the job, differs from what is advertised/discussed
