    Hard work with good salary
The good thingsThe stations, the hotels provided for layovers, the nature of the job which is quiet routine, you get to work with wonderful colleagues too. Sometimes when you work with wonderful set of crew, the whole flight will goes smoothly.
The challengesYou must know your SOP and your rights. By following the SOP, no one in the company can touch you. Knowing your rights will help you most of the time too. So, be familiar with all the black and white. So far, working with SIA was a great opportunities.

    The Great Way To Fly
The good thingsOne of the greatest advantage of being a cabin crew is, that you get to see new places. It is a bit like a free short holiday. One of the greatest advantage of being a cabin crew is, that you get to see new places. It is a bit like a free short holiday
The challengesWorking anti-social hours where it cause Jet lag and sleep deprivation when you can’t get a decent sleep pattern and also last minute changes to your roster which means you have to change plans last minute.

It was a great 20 years of flying career.
The good thingsMeet and serve international customers that includes local and international celebrities. Gained knowledge in handling unexpected situation. Pleasant and unpleasant. Being fashionably independent. Goit to see the world and its culture. Enjoyed teamwork and as a leader, I learned to delegate and lead. Be receptive and respect every colleagues. I applied to be a trainer and was a trainer in customer service, speech and communication. Also, handling difficult customers with using appropriate choice of words. Be humble and a good listener.
The challengesHad to wake up at 3am to get ready for a flight. Competitive in self development and to perform higher than expected eg. In first class cabin. With the major odd hours of duties, I have to stay healthy and be self motivated.

No End to Learning Take the Challenges, Brave the Storm Enjoy the Laurels at the Calm.
The good thingsLeave you to row your boat. Keep rowing to go forward and balance to float. Do NOT procastinate or stop during rowing, You may drown if you procastinate or Stop as the boat can capsize. Keep Rowing Calmly, slow or fast does not matter. Pertinent is keep rowing. This is Job Handling in your best capability. You realised that you are a independent capable individual. Wow what an Awesome way to Gain Experience Great Rowing Experience!
The challengesWhen a Job Challenge is posted to you, handle the Challenge well. Good and sometimes Great Feedbacks will be received that the Job was well handled. Peers recognized your capabilities in handling the job challenges though small or Big. It can be stressful but the \"taste of success\" in receiving positive feedbacks or compliments is worthwhile. Should a negative feedback bounced back, accept it BUT find out why and where the challenge was mishandled. Try to make corrective measures till an acceptable positive feedback is posted back to you. Apologise.Reassure the Challenger you will give fuller attention to the Challenger's needs/request to overcome environmental setbacks.
