Extremely Manual, basically working in the 80s
The good thingsHonestly none, some staff are somewhat ok to work with but even just based on company culture it has been the worst here
The challengesIncompetent managers, Far too manual, processes and policies are effectively non-existent. Yet also heard that managerial level insists for no budget for more back end staff despite ever-growing front line staff, similarly insists on no budgets for purchasing and implementing new systems.

Good exposure if you love golf
The good thingsThe varsity of working with different types of people from members to management team, colleagues and the service team. Learnt a lot in golfing and organizing events and charity golf was interesting. Love the ongoing and continuous training that the HR provided. Discounts on food and beverages in their outlets are fantastic! Peers are helpful too.
The challengesManaging the members of the club can be very challenging in the aspect of what their expectation are. Good verbal communication with fast thinking is a must in this working environment. Developing a good relationship or rapport with the members is a must if you enjoy working in the environment.
