A mixed experience with good colleagues but poor management and unfair practices.
The good thingsI appreciate that some colleagues are helpful, supportive, and nice to work with, which makes the working environment a little more pleasant.
The challengesThe company tends to prioritise their own interests, using staff when it’s convenient and letting them go without proper consideration. There's also a lack of care from the manager, who shows clear favoritism and doesn’t check in on staff’s well-being. Also they will not tell you the reason of why.

    Overworked and stressed staff
The good thingsI was working in the Kids Clinic at Punggol, always having to OT every day. Dr. and HR won't care about you. There was a high turnover rate when I first joined.
The challenges- not enough break time for you to have lunch. - demanding dr and patients.

    Management needs to take responsibility
The good thingsReasonable pay. 5.5 days work week
The challengesEmployees are unsure the direction of the clinic. When things don't work out, employees are at fault. Doctor overworked, coming early to finish health screening reports or using lunch break to do so.
