    The good thingsIt is stable for everyday routine. If you like serving customer this is the best job I will recommend. You can communicate with high range of customer and understand their different needs.
    The challengesSince there are a lot customers to deal with so sometimes you may need to prepare them different products or solution to solve their needs. You will leran a lot from these.

    a very good place for start up or fresh level to find experience and learn new things and skills.
    The good thingsexposing us to whole new level in technical side and enhance our customer services skills.
    The challengesA very quick pace duration of training and the amount of headset and gears are lesser to the number of cco which lead to sharing and using broken headset for whole shift.But overall , the place is cozy and have a very good and friendly environment for workers.

    The good thingsImprovements on my English language weather written or and oral, able to work as a team because every week there will be a brainstorming session to making any decisions. I am also able to handle the shifts complications because of the night shifts.
    The challengesThe environments because there are not much space to move. This is because every level there will be approximately 100 agents working at the same time.

    The challengesChallenges are always there. You cannot become a better individual if without any challenge. The only thing I can say is that, when you have goals, the company will help you achieve it. However if you are located off-shore, you are stuck with your position. Not unless you go overseas or be assign to the head office.

    it was worth it working with the company.
    The good thingsThe company provides a platform for the staff to grow in respective of their nationality. There is a lot of brainstorming exercise and training sessions which will eventually boast the product knowledge of all the agents There are several appraisal rewards time to time for the agents to feel that, they are at the right place and working with the right organization.
    The challengesThere is always a room to meet up with daily task. Handling customers with care at all levels regardless on who is calling in. Making the customers feel happy and satisfy with the services in which they have subscribe to.

    Not your average job!
    The good thingsSingtel has wide benefits and facilities to provide you with what you need! They are also a well structured company with many perks Management is always updated and so working on the right track is important!
    The challengesTeam work is definitely a must in this company and fitting in will be challenging. Must be fast paced as managers expect you to be tip toe in your work performance and any bad performance might be getting an exit ticket soon. In order for a promotion, be good at what you do or stay where you are at.

    The good thingsfast reply, never fail to explain detail i need. even when i rearrange my interview they helped me.they help me prepare for interview, such as documents i need and random question.They give me call keep post me interview venue time and also make sure im on time.
