    My first experience of working part time is so memorable and had taught me a lot of thing such as data entry,promoting items and also negotiating with customers .
    The good thingsThe surrounding is very positive for a new worker .
    The challengesThe pressure, especially from the old workers,since we need to compete with each other of who got the most sales to get our commission of the month . Sometimes it can be a bit toxic with each other .

    Demotivate environment from management
    The good things4 years experience with a lot happening but unfortunately more on bad experience than the good one.
    The challengesEverytime they ask you to do something, they will promise you everything (even you can see the pig can fly behind them) and end up everything is just a word. Increment is a no no in this company. They only think you are just an expenses to them not an investment even though you always perform the best. Career growth? null.
