    The good thingsWorking culture, style of work, attitude towards each project, that you can learn from this company, which will help you in the future
    The challengesFrom my point of view, which I worked at this company for many years. They don't take their promises seriously. Your hard work will not be seen if you are not 'one of them'. There are too many incompetent people in the company that are taking 'gaji buta'. Btw this company is hard to get increments and don't think about getting bonus.

    The good thingsI enjoy working at this environment because I receive the respect and appreciation from the top management. They will reward the subordinates when the employees did well. Besides, the top management also like to work together as a team with the subordinates. Where the top management will understand what you can do, and what you cannot. They will help you overcome and teach you step by step.
    The challengesThe management team need to work harder. Because this company has a very poor management system on handling the company staff. Firstly, they usually cannot meet the deadline that client sets. And they will somehow, find the reason or excuses on handling customer feedback. Therefore, in order for them to do better, they need to put in more effort on handling this issue.
