    Multitask is the keyword of the day
    The good things-Get to learn a lot of knowledge in different fields not related to scope of work. -Employer is supportive in career progress as long as its meet their business objectives. -Minimal supervision. Independent especially when in senior level.
    The challenges-Most of the time it is overwhelming due to the needs to multitask across various fields. -Multiple requests from various departments can be overwhelming. -Even in senior position, one still need to do executive type of works due to lack of talent to ensure smooth progress of projects.
