    I have experience in Sales & Marketing for a year period as well as in an Education field.
    The good thingsSome of my employers continuosly encourage and motivate me towards success, not just in making profit, but also to see life in a positive way such as giving other people a helping hand. I also enjoy working in a multicultural environment where I can earn much of life values that these people share have to offer.
    The challengesI think the only lacking part of the company is the chain of command that has been held around here. Talking from the workers point of view, having a lot of communications coming from above can hurt early candidates' motivation to continue their contribution to the company. This not limited to their emotional attachment but also their results and performance for the company. Nvertheless, having a clear chain of command would make the world of working much more fascinating to embrace, as people are more happy finish their given assignments without been bothered by unnecessary contacts.

    The good thingsBe able to know the ingredients or formula in our skincare. Learn how to improve the good of one skincare to be better. Need to minimize the defeat finished good.
    The challengesA small company that not everyone know and we need to work hard with the new formula to make the people know our company.
