    Slow in career progress
    The good thingsWork-life balance, location of the company is in Shah Alam, so it would be much better to travel instead of to KL

    The working environment was great.
    The good thingsThe overall vibe at the company was positive. I was there for about four months and my supervisor has been very nice and helpful. The colleagues were also very nice and friendly. I got no problem doing my lab work as everyone was being considerate and willing to help each other.
    The challengesThe working scope was the same for the whole time I did my internship there. I was hoping that I can gather more experience and knowledge I can obtain related to research and industry. I can say that my work routine there was a repetition of experiment and project to get the best result.

    The good thingsyou will enjoy because the colleague is very nice and friendly. moreover there is very lot to learn here because there is so many standard to study. Due to SIRIM big name, this will increase your resume value in the future
    The challengesthere is not so much challenge here, but sometimes when there is a lot of sample to inspect and testing, the day will be very busy but still not stressful

    Amazing!
    The good thingsI learn a lot of things as an internship student! It is my first time entering a big company like SIRIM. The staff were very helpful during my internship. SIRIM has 3 department which is SST, EEL and CCL. I was placed in CCL. CCL department were specialised in things like steel or should i say construction material. I having a good time at SIRIM!
    The challengesThe challenges is as a new member to the society. As i am still a internship student, i need to adapt to the working environment. I need to have a good relationship with my supervisor.

    The good thingsEveryone in the department are super friendly. No pressure from higher authority. You wont be forced to do a job. You can work freely and independently on your own projects.

    The good thingsGood team work. The staffs are good in sharing their knowledge and experience. Researcher have good working culture. Everybody is so motivated in working that give a great effect towards the others.
    The challengesThe allowance for internship student is low compared to other company. But i got many other things that are much more beneficial than the allowance.

    The good thingsFlexible working hours although not stated officially anywhere. To notch facilities and equipment if you're in research field. Employees treat each other like family members. Prestigious name among Malaysian citizens.
    The challengesStress level is average but you can choose to go full swing with your daily workload. This is normal for an ambitious employee anticipating a better offer. Other employees choose to stay low, probably because of the low salary. This ends up a sluggish organization's performance.
