    The challenges1. Very toxic working environment with management and production supervisor. 2. Unprofessional working experiences with management manager. 3. Job description always changes. 4. Decision bases on emotion. 5. Unbalanced hierarcy between production supervisor and AE/ENG.

    Stressful, Low Basic and No OT
    The good thingsCo-worker is the best to cooperate. Nice environment with air condition, mostly sit down than standing up. No problem with operator, no resist between technician and operator. If you good and polite with them, sure you life will be awesome.
    The challengesHard to understand boss/manager wanted. If we do wrong as he/she need, will get scold in-front with our co worker and operator. Their leadership was a big problem. Supervisor and upper like to back stap technician and operator. You have your own technician but been control by production supervisor and production engineer.
