    Please fix/revamp the management.
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, willing to help each other whenever needs. Lot of benefits unlocked when you successfully work as permanent staff. Flexible working mode if any. Great place to gain knowledge and experience.
    The challengesAlways not enough manpower. Very poor management. Like to blame engineers whenever there is an issue and didn't appreciate the hard-working staff. Easily psyching their staff to resign & replace with a new one. Not really "work life balance". Low salary payment.

    The good thingsEvery Colleagues are here to help you in any issues. Whenever you will feel for help, just team them. and all bosses are very good and kind hearted.

    The good thingsMost of the engineer here are really helpful and willing to help you solve the clients issue. Friendly and kind COO and CEO, they are open-minded people that you can talk about your career growth.
    The challengesNot enough manpower and expertise in few technical field. Arrogant and poor management. Like to blaming others whenever there is issue and didn't appreciate the hard working staff (not all the time). Weekend or during annual leave also need to standby.

    Learning Environment for Fresh Graduate
    The good thingsGood working environment to learn new things for fresh graduates. Some of the staffs here are nice and friendly. Flexible working hour.
    The challengesCompany politic is obvious and strong due to family business. Poor management and leadership. Unfair treatment to staffs due to poor time management especially having meetings during lunch hour. Overload work with low range salary. Management should attend more leadership training to improve their communication and leadership skill. High turnover.

    The good thingsSensible and humanized employers, take care employees' development, really feel appreciation to work here... a working environment with very minimum politics, everyone is friendly and helpful enough...Most importantly, in such a bad economic environment, this Company is still growing!!

    The good thingsThe environment and friendly colleague. The boss is really concern and people manager. They have a very clear objective, mission for the company. Management always will emphasis their core values to make sure all staff are implementing a good attitude and ethic during work.All the staff are very hardworking and team work is very strong.
    The challengesThey have a challenges when want to implement ITIL, PMP, or prince 2 concept in the work environment. They have a very good system, but need to have more training towards the staff. The have a strong Business planning, but need the staff to move together towards the Business plan. I hope 1 day they will success doing it. All the best.

    Friendly working environment
    The good thingsOffice colleague working like a family. Company willing to send staff for training to prepare them for better understanding and job handling. Whenever there is tough situation, head of the company will join to help to resolve the issue. Definitely a good starting place where you can really get involve and learn skill from.
    The challenges1. Be more organize such as a Project Manager may help to track progress of multiple project. 2. Work load balance will be need to be improve.
