Sitecore is a great place to work at no matter you're a fresh grad nor a veteran. But it's not for those looking to do the same thing over and over until retirement as we need to constantly learn new things to keep up.
The good thingsStill fully WFH, but you can work in office if you want. Great and helpful colleagues and managers. And you get to learn and work on the latest tech stack here!
The challengesOnce in a while we will need to work overtime to meet the deadline, but this isn't so bad as I get to learn more during this time.

High salary, can learn a vast amount of latest tech here
The good thingsCompetitive salary, work life balance and a lot of things to learn even for veterans. You will never get bored of working here. And last but not least, friendly and helpful colleagues.
The challengesA lot of challenges as there's a lot of things you will need to learn and sometimes you may get overwhelmed.

    Great fun supportive culture
The good thingsI was surprised by how supportive everyone is. My manager always care about my personal well beings first and team support each other consistently. Maybe I am just lucky but so far I have not yet met anyone who does not want to share knowledge / information or selfish. No enforcement to work in office but pantry always fully stocked, games to play and monthly activities to join. Awesome place!
The challengesMy own challenges will be how productive everyone is and I feel like I'm the one lacking, but it does push me to grow myself further.

Too many middle management and lack of career growth
The good thingsFlexible working hours, Competitive package, variety choice for breakfast, party celebration for most of the festival.
The challengesIf you want to apply for developers or QA job, it's good, but if you join in as manager, there isn't career growth vertically, but you are allowed to move horizontally to other teams or different department.

The good thingsOne of the best company I ever worked in. I would strongly recommend anyone to work in Sitecore.
The challengesI wouldn't call it challenges because even rushing for projects managers and team are helping each other.

In general it's a good place
The good thingsworking in sitecore doesn't feel like working in a good sense it feels like hanging out with friends while being productive. The environment is friednly and full of mature and experinced friednly people who will never hestitate to help and support. there a huge room for learning and improvment. work is flexible, the most flexible place i have ever been too as long as you are delivering and commiting to your duties you can expect great flexibility from both managers and team mates. good pantry, fresh fruit salad every day :).
The challengesNo real challenges that consider mentioning, just that the response regarding some matters would take considerably long time, yet this is understandable since many things has to be approved from overseas.
