    The good thingsnice working environment however it tends to be stressful and has a potential career growth.
    The challengesno strong structure of management, average work life balance, everyone has their own group, if you have good teammates then you are lucky, some of the staff love to find faults in others.

    I've been here from 2019 until 2022 and all I can say is , if you have a good teammates that is your luck including having a great boutique manager. The salary payment is average don't expect much for the benefits because it's not compulsory for the staff to get for an example, Bonus. The management is my issue actually.
    The good things-My teammates back then was very helpful,cheerful and knowledgeable. -Flexible break time and solat time
    The challenges- the management bacomes so pushy towards staff -reward for staffs , not receiving it on time - not wanting to listen to any complaints from staff regarding to their work performances.
