    Good is able to multitask and keep learning new things. Bad is NATO culture. (no action talk only)
    The good thingsGood thing, CEO buy you a brand new computer high spec to do python. I am not Chinese educated but somehow i manage to enable smooth communication with China and Taiwan stakeholders.
    The challengesBad thing, even the VP want to take the computer several times. And new management is very colour based. if people he brings in, they have lesser work compare to senior staffs. meanwhile those new worker can smoke, slacking around and delay jobs for months. Those capable staff need to cover them and no extra income for that. Also not appreciated. been scolded, then give love letter.

    The good thingsWorking together with professional collegue, learn a lot of things.. good for long term career.. salary quite high and free lunch for staff
    The challengesNeed to focus and adapt with fast working environment.. multi tasking its not limited.. need to learn few things even you are not in that department.

    The Cultural here is friendly
    The good thingsMy HOD is a good tutor, is a good place for fresh graduate to learn many things in quite comfortable environment.
    The challengesOur Production is in China, but our team require to communicate with China production for product manufacturer, hence there will be a bit difficulties to communicate with them as there are no real product reference to refer.
