    The good thingsNew experience working with K-People
    The challengesBureaucracy and politics, management always want to be on top of everything, win-lose situation all the time. It is difficult K-people to adapt with Msian working culture.But over the time, hopefully it change. Communication will be a big problem. Lucky if you can find one with fluent English.
