    Bad. Low salary.high stress level. Boss only know to blame evwryone not for discussing solution. Boss rilek team member work like a machine non stop and boss take the credit
    The good thingsNothing i guess for short term working to gain experience can for long term not recommended.
    The challengesSalary low,no increament at all after 4 years,bonus is a joke for production crew while office got high.U need to do all thing which is not worth it.Let say u work in racking suddently you need to take care shutter,steel door,safety and health maintainance which is out of your job scope.

    The good thingsYou can expect top management to be very active so is good for learning, strict discipline and punctual. Have some office gathering like pot luck, movie night, team building in gopeng.. emphasis on work quality + deadlines but reasonable expectations.
    The challengesChallenges from department to department communication, need more young staff to balance company culture.

    CHAOTIC WORK FLOW
    The good thingsGreat teamwork within colleagues depending on which team are you on.
    The challengesEveryday is a fire fighting scene with shouting everywhere. Training is not provided to new staff. And hustling is required depending on the position held. Strong opposition from management. Maximum stress level with tight deadline. Instruction comes from many bosses. Very much multitasking. And 8 days of Annual Leave per year for below 2 years staff.
