The challengesTo understand a super micromanager that tend to interfere every department's workflow. This does not promote creativity in working but rather wants all associates to follow one's working style. Lacking of inconsistency as the company do not have a long term business goal and tend to change in a split second. Whatever One said today, may not valid for the next day and will manipulate by changing the info. Blaming game is quite strong too.
