Bad benefits

The good thingsThis is actually quite good working environment if boss is allow us can talk to each others. Boss not allow us talk even 1 word to each others so felt like we are machine not human being. And boss also very fast to change his mind and the benefits he gave, everything must do but keep cutting our benefits. He not thinking of our benefits and keep on saying we are doing wrong and he is always right.

The challengesWorking in this company can learn a lots of things including how to manage the persons under my position, and even can learn how to be a good leader ahead. I confidence for myself that will not learn about boss's bad attitude for staffs, because everyone is trying to do the best for company however boss is concern about his own benefits only. This is a very bad image for me to this company.
