    Interview process is bad, wasting time for interview
    The good thingsCompany look good but management is bad.
    The challengesManagement is bad, process for interview keep delay too long. No receptionist on duty, HR also not entertain you at the appointment time.

    The good thingsless stress, friendly staffs, good managers (except Y) , easy to take leave (emergency / sick leave)
    The challengesmanagement should improve better welfare to employees. Improve salary equitable with job scope. Too focus on production profit rather than importance of SHE and staff welfare.

    The good thingsThe management is good and well-prepared a best fit training to equip the new comer. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Provide the necessary training the employee. Well paid OT scheme for executive level employees which may help alot in this crucial economy in Malaysia. Overall this is a good company to work with. Really appreciate.
    The challengesThe challenge is to deal with the Japan colleagues for work-related. But it is a cool experience and good chance to learn some basic Japanese language. Besides, the communication with the top management is a difficulty if without the presence of translator. But at least the colleagues are helpful enough to translate it to the management.
